Prices come from the store. Entitlements come from the app. These answers connect the two and flag where the signed-in account remains authoritative.
01Are the paid prices on this page live?
Yes. Pay As You Go and Premium read their displayed prices from the published store products. If a product is unavailable, the editable fallback price remains visible until the store is corrected.
02What is included in the seven-day Trial?
The default Trial profile adds CV tailoring, AI support, ATS-style review, cover letters, interview preparation, and interview coach to the Free CV and PDF workflow for seven days. It does not include the default Premium-only DOCX and scraper entitlements.
03How is Pay As You Go different from Premium?
Pay As You Go is a non-expiring access profile for the registered AI workflows, but its default profile does not include DOCX export or the job-board list scraper. Premium includes every registered feature for its active access window.
04How long does Premium access last?
The current API treats Premium as a 30-day access window. When that window expires, the effective profile returns to Free unless Premium is renewed or an administrator changes the account.
05Does the ATS-style score guarantee an interview?
No. It is readiness guidance based on the selected CV and saved job description. It is not the employer’s ATS, a hiring decision, or a guarantee.
06Can access differ from this comparison?
Yes. Administrators can configure category feature sets, and service-aware tools also require their supporting service to be healthy. The signed-in app is authoritative for your effective access.
07What should I do if a paid order does not appear in the app?
Use the same email for checkout and the app account. If access does not update, keep the order number and contact support so the order and account can be matched safely.
